Ecometal Rainscreen. This system provides a high quality aluminium flat façade cladding with 20mm modular feature gaps and no exposed fasteners, a support system which is hidden from view and allows removal of individual panels. The horizontal joints are baffled and permit back ventilation and pressure equalisation of the rainscreen cladding system. Available in a wide range of sizes the rainscreen panels are manufactured in 2 or 3mm thick Aluminium and incorporate stiffening ribs for flatness. After fabrication the panels are coated in the agrement certified Syntha Pulvin Plus paint finish giving a 25 year guarantee and a vast choice of colours. The life expectancy of the entire system is in excess of 50 years. Ecometal Profiles and Ecozip. This is a range of aluminium profiled sheet and a standing seam roof system marketed by Gilmour-Ecometal. Ecometal profiles can be used for all roofing and cladding requirements for industrial and commercial buildings. Aluminium profiled sheet can be used wherever there is a requirement for durability especially in exposed situations. Aluminium looks good for years after installation and has a long virtually maintenance free life.
